Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any programme at Pearls Beauty Institute, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Programme Enrolment
Students are expected to review the programme information, curriculum, duration, learning format and applicable fees before completing their enrolment.
Enrolment is confirmed once the required registration and payment requirements have been fulfilled.
2. Programme Fees
All programme fees are communicated through the official Pearls Beauty Institute website or by the Admissions Team.
For physical training, students may contact the Admissions Team for information regarding the applicable fees and upcoming training dates.
3. Physical Training
- Physical training is conducted at scheduled times determined by Pearls Beauty Institute.
- Students enrolled for physical training are expected to attend their scheduled classes and arrive on time.
- Students are required to wear their Pearls Beauty Institute uniform whenever attending classes at the Institute.
4. Online Training
Online programmes are delivered through the designated learning platforms and may include live instruction, video practicals, learning materials, assignments and other forms of guided learning, depending on the programme.
Students are responsible for having access to a suitable device and a reliable internet connection.
5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course manuals, notes, videos, worksheets, presentations, educational resources and other materials provided by Pearls Beauty Institute are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.
Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, uploaded or shared with other individuals without written permission from the Institute.
6. Student Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards instructors, staff and fellow students.
- Students are expected to interact respectfully with others and contribute positively to the learning environment.
- Students enrolled for physical training are required to wear the official Pearls Beauty Institute uniform when attending school.
- Additional expectations are outlined in the Student Code of Conduct, which students receive during induction.
7. Course Completion & Certification
Students are expected to complete the requirements applicable to their chosen programme.
Students who successfully complete a Diploma Programme and meet the course requirements will be awarded a Diploma Certificate upon successful completion of the programme.
8. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are available where a student requests cancellation before the commencement of the programme.
Once a programme has commenced, payments made towards the programme are generally non-refundable.
Any applicable refund request should be made through the Admissions Team in accordance with the Institute’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Contact & Official Communication
Students are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during registration.
Important programme information, schedules and other updates may be communicated through the contact details and official learning platforms provided by the Institute.
